1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Narra Digital Labs ("Narra PaaS", "Narra Ecosystem", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Provision of Services

Narra provides managed infrastructure, web hosting, AI automation, and network deployment services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Strict Anti-Fraud Policy

We take fraud very seriously. If we discover, or are notified of, a fraudulent charge, stolen credit card use, or unauthorized transaction linked to your account:

• Your service and account will be immediately terminated.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• All forensic data collected by our backend, including access logs and IP addresses, will be turned over to the relevant local and international authorities for investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Narra Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
