1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Provisioned Services
At Narra Digital Labs, our infrastructure resources are immediately allocated and consumed upon successful payment and provisioning. Because of the upfront operational costs associated with spinning up these dedicated environments, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all confirmed and active services.
Once a plan is purchased and your instance is provisioned, the sale is final. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Exception: Student Plan Verifications
The only exception to our no-refund rule applies to our Student Plans. Because these plans require manual academic verification after checkout:
- If your student verification request is denied by our Ops team (e.g., due to an invalid .edu.ph email or failure to prove current enrollment), an automated refund for the full amount will be issued to your original payment method.
- If your student verification is approved and your plan is provisioned, the sale becomes final and no refunds will be issued thereafter.
3. Fraudulent Charges
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, any discovered or reported fraudulent activity automatically forfeits any right to a refund. In such events, your service will be immediately terminated, and comprehensive forensic data will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
