Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller
This Policy explains how Narra DigiLabs Computer Programming Services (“Narra,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information through the Narra PaaS, App Store, Developer Portal, websites, APIs, and support channels. We process personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, mobile number, organization, account credentials, and billing details you provide.
- Payment and transaction information: order, plan, invoice, payment status, and payment reference information. Card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by Narra.
- Service and technical information: IP address, device and browser data, logs, API activity, security events, and usage records.
- Developer and app information: publisher details, support information, app metadata, and materials submitted for review.
- Verification information: student verification records or other documents only when required for an eligibility-based plan.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide, bill for, and support the Services; process orders; verify eligibility; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; communicate service and policy updates; and improve reliability and security. We use only information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with payment processors such as PayMongo, infrastructure and security providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required or necessary to protect the Services or users. These recipients may process information only for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards. A third-party app publisher may receive information you give it or that is needed to fulfill its offering; its own privacy policy will apply to that processing.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable organizational, technical, and physical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to be informed about, access, correct, erase or block, object to processing of, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. A request may be limited when we have another lawful basis or a legal obligation to retain information.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children. Do not provide personal information of a child unless you are authorized to do so and the use is permitted by applicable law.
