Developer Portal Agreement
Effective date: 1 August 2026
This Agreement applies to each developer, publisher, organization, and authorized user that accesses the Narra Developer Portal or submits, manages, or distributes an app, API integration, digital content, or service through Narra (“Developer”).
1. Portal access
Developer must provide complete and accurate identity, business, tax, payout, support, and app information when requested. Developer must protect account credentials, manage authorized team members, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Submission requirements
Developer represents that it owns or has all rights and permissions needed to submit, distribute, license, market, and support its offerings. Submissions must be accurate, functional, secure, free of malware, and accompanied by a publicly accessible privacy policy, support contact, and end-user terms where appropriate.
3. Developer responsibilities
Developer is solely responsible for its offering, including its content, claims, pricing, taxes, refunds where it is the seller, end-user support, privacy practices, data security, intellectual-property compliance, and compliance with applicable law. Developer must not submit deceptive, infringing, illegal, abusive, or security-compromising offerings.
4. Review and distribution
Narra may review a submission for policy, payment, quality, security, or legal reasons, but is not required to do so and does not guarantee approval. Narra may reject, delist, suspend, or remove an offering or Portal access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, payment partners, or legal compliance.
5. License to Narra
Developer grants Narra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, display, market, test, distribute, and make available Developer”™s submitted materials solely to operate, promote, and provide the Developer Portal and App Store. Developer retains ownership of its intellectual property.
6. Payments and customer relationship
Where Narra facilitates payment, Developer authorizes Narra and its processors to process the relevant transaction as described in the applicable commercial terms. Unless Narra is expressly the seller, Developer is the provider to the end user and must fulfill its stated support and refund obligations. Developer must promptly cooperate with reasonable billing, chargeback, fraud, and consumer-complaint investigations.
7. Confidentiality and data
Each party may use the other”™s confidential information only to perform under this Agreement and must protect it with reasonable care. Developer may process end-user personal information only as permitted by law and its published privacy policy. The Privacy Policy governs Narra”™s processing of Developer personal information.
8. Termination, liability, and disputes
Developer may stop using the Portal at any time. Narra may suspend or terminate access or distribution for breach, non-payment, security risk, fraud, or legal risk. To the extent permitted by law, Narra”™s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by Developer to Narra for the Portal in the three months before the relevant event, and Narra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Send disputes to [email protected] first. Philippine law governs, without limiting rights that cannot be waived.
