App Store Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 1 August 2026

These Terms apply to users of the Narra App Store, including users who browse, acquire, download, install, purchase, or use apps, digital content, and subscriptions made available through it (“Store Offerings”).

1. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account and billing information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity and purchases made through your account. Some Store Offerings may have age, location, device, or account eligibility requirements.

2. Third-party publishers

Store Offerings may be provided by independent developers or publishers. Unless Narra is expressly identified as the seller, that publisher is the provider of the offering and is responsible for its content, support, privacy notice, license terms, and legal compliance. Your use of a third-party offering may also be governed by its own terms.

3. Purchase and payment

Before you submit an order, the Store will show the price, billing interval where applicable, and relevant terms. By confirming a purchase, you authorize Narra or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before their next billing date. Prices may change only for future purchases or renewal periods after notice where required.

4. Licenses and restrictions

Store Offerings are licensed, not sold, unless the publisher states otherwise. You may use them only as permitted by their license. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, circumvent technical protections, or use an offering unlawfully, except where applicable law permits it.

5. Refunds, service issues, and removal

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request review of billing errors and eligible refunds. A publisher may have additional terms. Narra may remove, disable, or limit access to an offering for security, legal, policy, or operational reasons. Where possible, we will communicate material changes that affect a paid subscription.

6. Content and conduct

You must not use the App Store or Store Offerings to violate law or others”™ rights; distribute malware; commit fraud; interfere with systems; or evade security or payment controls. We may suspend an account or access where reasonably necessary to protect the Store and its users.

7. Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

Third-party Store Offerings are provided by their publishers, not Narra. To the extent permitted by law, Narra does not warrant third-party offerings. Send payment or service concerns to [email protected] first. Philippine law governs these Terms, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights or available consumer remedies.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to Narra”™s processing of personal information. A publisher”™s privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
